REGISTRATION STEPS
Step 1: Complete the Security Background Information (SBI).
Step 2: You will receive notification via email that your SBI form has been received and is being processed.
Step 3: Upon approval of the SBI, complete the seminar registration form in one of three ways:
- Online
- Print and email/fax - fees paid by credit card, check or electronic transfer.
- Hold Deposit of $1,000 to insure your participation. Balance due 45 days prior to start date. Please contact our office to request a Hold Deposit Registration Form
