Qualifying for Continuing Education Credit at the Seminar
Participants in the Seminar can enroll for 10 continuing education units (CEU’s) at no additional cost. The continuing education credits are directed by Texas A&M University’s (TAMU) Integrative Center for Homeland Security (ICHS) and administered by TAMU’s Continuing & Professional Studies Office. Participants registered for continuing education credits complete an essay based on “read-ahead” material and attending the seminar sessions in Israel, including sessions conducted by ICHS and Chameleon Associates to discuss Israel’s approach and its transferability to the organizational environments of the individual participants.
Once you are registered, you will receive instructions from Chameleon for entering the online program.
Participants interested in additional resources on homeland security and counter-terrorism strategies and practices in advance of the seminar should visit http://homelandsecurity.tamu.edu. This website, hosted by ICHS, contains resources such as articles and reports in the Taxonomy for Education and eXploration (TEX), podcasts, and newsletters. |
