    PJA died following failed hijacking of El Al 291. Fellow Hijacker Leila Khaled was the first women to hijack an airplane.

    Patrick Joseph Arguello:
    A Sandanista born later turned Islamic Terrorist, who played a role in the attempted hijacking of an El Al aircraft. He was shot while throwing a hand grenade that failed to detonate. His accomplice that day was female (Leila Khaled) who also failed to carry out her orders. They worked for Waddi Haddad. I believe it happened in 1970. Sad thing is, the same plot carried out in 2001 and was unfortunately successful. The worked alongside of Carlos the Jackal, the same guy who helped orchestrate the Munich Olympics attacks.

    Patrick Arguello. Died working with Habash’s PFLP in an unsuccessful attempt to hijack an Israeli aircraft. I seem to remember that the JRA people who attacked the Lod Airport named their group for him.
