Note: to ensure your place in the seminar, it is advisable to register as soon as you can.

Step1:

Complete the Security Background Information (SBI) form and submit it online here.
   
Step 2:

You will receive notification via email that your SBI form has been received and is being processed.
   
Step 3:

Upon approval of the SBI, complete the seminar registration form in one of three ways, either:
   
A.

Online - by filling our online registration form.

B.

Fax - fees paid by credit card, check or electronic transfer. Download the fax registration form.

C.

Hold Deposit - Pay $1,000 deposit to insure your participation in the seminar.  Please contact our office and request a Deposit Registration form.  The registration fee balance is due by January 5, 2010.
